I wanted to thank you for all of the hard work you and your staff have done throughout our project. We have been busy moving upstairs again, and I cannot say how happy I am with everything.
Our home feels like it’s brand new. We have so much more storage and it is way more functional. The changes are really going to make living easier and more enjoyable for us.
There were a few “blips” (as to be expected) in the project, but you handled our concerns and communicated promptly with us. I also feel the “blips” were nothing that we weren’t aware were a possibility, so it wasn’t anything we were too shocked about. I also appreciate how you took time to discuss the tiling projects with us and also were able to fix the one tile in the bathroom. We are very happy with how all of the tiling turned out- even the kitchen where there isn’t a full tile under the window! Ha-ha- we don’t even notice it!
I also wanted to mention that all the people you brought into our home were wonderful. There was never a moment when I felt uncomfortable with any of your staff. As you know we really enjoyed getting to know Wade and Hannah, they were very personable and kind with us, the kids, (and our dog Molly!). I think that should mean a lot as a business owner.

We hired All Canadian Renovations Ltd. to do complete renovation of an ensuite bathroom. The professionalism and quality work done by all employees surpassed our greatest expectations. Our experience began with an estimate that was reasonable for the work we were wanting done. When we hired ACRL, we were very impressed with the ‘shopping trip’ that we were taken on. Having an owner take us to various locations to buy the items needed was a pleasant and easy experience. Werner made the decision making stress-free and informative. The project started on time and like any project there were unforeseen complications that were dealt with with creativity and most of all experience. It was a 2-month process which involved multiple disciplines in our home. Everyone who entered our home was respectful of our space and other belongings. They did an excellent job for us. Everyone doing the job took pride in their work. Werner often visited to see how things were progressing and if the workers needed anything. On completion, an item was found to be defective but a message to Werner had him show up and check it out. The supplier was called and a replacement part ordered on the spot. I have had 30 years of deterred maintenance converted into an attractive home by the team from All Canadian Renovations. This involved totally refreshing and recarpeting the main floor living room and hallway. The bathroom was refreshed and a new window installed. Work on the lower level involved replacing flooring, ceiling and lighting in my finished basement and refinishing the walls. Beautiful custom storage cabinets and a doorway to the laundry area were installed. The upper level saw demolition of damaged walls, refinishing and upgraded insulation. The hardwood floors were refinished.
The main project was the conversion of an old small galley kitchen into an efficient, attractive work space. Demolition to the studs, repair of structural damage, reconfiguration and the installation of custom cabinetry, flooring, lighting, countertops plumbing and window created a beautiful unit which is a pleasure to be in.
After weeks of careful planning and preparation, the entire project from demolition to cleanup took only two months. This was accomplished by masterful co-ordination the various trades and an efficient workforce. All work was of the highest quality.
The main forte of ACR is communication coupled with close supervision. From the beginning, Curtis and Werner could not have been more helpful. I was kept informed of all happenings. The team was also very receptive to input and feedback and changes that were structurally feasible were easily discussed. Curtis, Werner and the project manager were easy to reach and responded promptly to questions. The tone was one of total honesty, helpfulness and integrity.
I have no hesitation about recommending ACR to anyone contemplating a renovation. Their creativity, efficiency, quality of work and integrity speak for themselves.

When we decided to do our basement we actually called 8 companies – only 6 called back. When the guys from All Canadian Renovations first came to see us we could see they were very professional. We found them to be very dynamic and good at what they do. They brought a laptop to show us some of their work, but when we asked to actually see a renovation they had done, it was no problem. I would recommend All Canadian to anyone doing a renovation. They work very hard and really deserve praise. I knew that I wanted my new bathroom to be easy to clean, but I wasn’t sure about how I wanted it to look overall. The installer was great! I loved everything he picked out for me right down to a new shower curtain. He just seemed to know what I’d like. With other companies the customer usually has to tell the builder when they see a problem, but he was meticulous about every detail…he actually re-did a cabinet because he didn’t like the way it was hanging! We are very pleased with the results of our renovation and I’ve had compliments form everyone who sees our new bathroom.

We give them 5 stars! They started on time and finished on time. They cleaned up every night when they left and it was like there wasn’t even a renovation going on. They were so co-operative too. We just moved into our home and needed some odds and ends done…a shelf fixed…a closet tightened, a stair rail fixed and it was all done. The fellow who did the work was excellent! We were also impressed that our sales rep came around every second day to ask if we had concerns and to answer questions. There was never any telephone tag. If we had a question we got the answer right away. We felt very confident and we felt that even though it was a small job they cared about it as much as they would if it was a much bigger job.
