Hi Curtis

I wanted to thank you for all of the hard work you and your staff have done throughout our project. We have been busy moving upstairs again, and I cannot say how happy I am with everything.
Our home feels like it’s brand new. We have so much more storage and it is way more functional. The changes are really going to make living easier and more enjoyable for us.

There were a few “blips” (as to be expected) in the project, but you handled our concerns and communicated promptly with us. I also feel the “blips” were nothing that we weren’t aware were a possibility, so it wasn’t anything we were too shocked about. I also appreciate how you took time to discuss the tiling projects with us and also were able to fix the one tile in the bathroom. We are very happy with how all of the tiling turned out- even the kitchen where there isn’t a full tile under the window! Ha-ha- we don’t even notice it!

I also wanted to mention that all the people you brought into our home were wonderful. There was never a moment when I felt uncomfortable with any of your staff. As you know we really enjoyed getting to know Wade and Hannah, they were very personable and kind with us, the kids, (and our dog Molly!). I think that should mean a lot as a business owner.

Anyways I really appreciate all of your help and patience with us. We are seriously so happy with everything!
